The businesses that are profitable are shown in the “Going Concern Sales” section. The businesses that are losing money or only marginally profitable are show in the “Asset Sales” section. Please note that many of the businesses we have for sale are still operating. Due to the sensitivity of the information, many listings require an NDA before we can release confidential details of the sale. Going Concerns
Our Going-Concern Sales feature popular restaurants that are operating well and producing significant earnings for their owners. These businesses are purchased so that the new owners can perpetuate the current, proven concepts. Going concern sales include the company’s tangible and intangible assets. Valuations are based on historical performance.
Asset Sales
Our Assets Sales feature restaurants that are losing money or are only marginally profitable. These businesses are purchased so that the buyer can convert the space into a new concept—saving the time and expense of permitting and a full build-out. Asset Sales include tangible assets but usually do not include the company’s intangible assets.
Real Estate
Our Real Estate section features restaurant real estate properties that are available for lease or for sale. These listings typically do not require the use of a Non-Disclosure Agreement as news of these opportunities are typically available to the general public.
